We the undersigned agree everyone has the right to breathe smokefree air. We call on the Iowa Legislature to pass a statewide law that:
Gives Iowa communities and counties the authority (local control) to pass local smokefree ordinances protecting their residents and visitors from the harmful effects of secondhand smoke in all workplaces and public places (including restaurants, bars and casinos). - Builds momentum toward passing a statewide smokefree air law that will protect ALL Iowans and our visitors from the harmful effects of secondhand smoke.
